Featuring a compact and space-saving design in modern industrial styling, the power supplies of the RNTU series offer comprehensive protection against accidental contact thanks to their enclosed construction. The power supplies meet the requirements for protection against hazardous body currents according to VDE 0106 Part 101 and can be modularly snapped onto a mounting rail simply and quickly, from DC 5A additionally screwed.Devices of the same type can be connected in parallel at max. 90% load per device. The built-in fuses (see table) serve exclusively for short-circuit protection and ensure safe operation even under worst-case conditions. The devices may only be loaded with the specified rated current. Short-term drops in the mains voltage are bridged by generously dimensioned capacitors.In addition to the specifications listed below, the RNTU series is also available in various primary voltages up to max. AC 400V and secondary voltages from DC 10V to DC 60V at extra charge. However, the specified currents must not be exceeded.
